Salary

The Base Salary is $75,798 - 94,748. Annual variable compensation tied to goal completion has a target of 5.5% of the base salary. Employees are also eligible to earn profit sharing.

What You'll Do

• Application Development: Lead the design, creation, and deployment of reliable, scalable, and efficient application solutions using Java and related frameworks. Adhere to best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization
• Microsoft Power Suite Integration: Use Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to build custom dashboards, automate workflows, and provide tailored business intelligence solutions. Connect Power Suite applications with existing enterprise systems
• API Development & Management: Design, build, and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs to facilitate secure system interoperability and data exchange. Oversee API versioning, documentation, and testing to ensure dependability and scalability
• SharePoint Solutions: Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to streamline document management, collaboration, and workflow automation. Implement custom web parts, workflows, and integrations with third-party services
• Database Architecture & Administration: Design, develop, and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity, availability, and security. Write complex queries, optimize database performance, and implement backup and recovery strategies
• Business Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, draft technical specifications, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Present system designs and prototypes to non-technical audiences
• System Integration: Connect software components and legacy systems to create cohesive business solutions. Identify integration opportunities and troubleshoot system interoperability issues
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans, conduct unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure deliverables meet functional, security, and performance standards
• Documentation & Training: Produce thorough technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, workflows, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff
• Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to systems architecture, tools, and processes. Participate in code reviews and maintain a culture of technical excellence

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing applications in enterprise environments using various programming languages (Java, Python, or C#, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and demonstrated success in delivering business solutions with these tools
• Expertise in API development, including RESTful and SOAP protocols, security mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and API management platforms
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint (2016/Online) site configuration, workflow automation, and integration with other Microsoft 365 products
• Proficient in SQL database development, administration, query optimization, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), on-premises, and cloud-based database solutions
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web development frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer, Oracle Certified Professional)
