About This Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring business data is accurate, reliable, and meaningful. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage recurring data submissions, improve reporting processes, and build tools that increase visibility into sales performance. This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to analyze sales data, uncover trends, streamline workflows, and contribute to informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly sales data from retail partners Follow up with partners by email and phone to ensure timely and accurate data submission Analyze sales performance, trends, and variances using Excel and reporting tools Prepare and maintain recurring sales, inventory, and performance reports Support invoicing, reconciliations, and issuance of credit notes as required Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, dashboards, and internal systems Improve existing data templates and reporting workflows to increase efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales, finance, and operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, pivot tables, formulas, charts) Experience working with large datasets and recurring reporting cycles High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-ups independently Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach Must be able to work in office in Montreal location
Experience
1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, allocation analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role Experience working with retail, sales, or inventory data is an asset
