The Business Management Analysts Center of Excellence are teams supporting various lines of business within Platforms and Technology organization. The AMCB BMA COE team provides dedicated Business Operations support to the AMCB/US Technology and Combined US Operations organization on shared services spanning across workforce management, day-to-day operating routines, data/reporting and analytics.
Job Description:
This new role will be reporting to the Manager of AMCB Tech Business Operations and work with various Enterprise and Segment internal teams to develop, maintain, execute and deliver business management services to support the AMCB/US Technology and Combined US Operations(CUSO) with standard and adhoc routines. The role will also provide analysis and monitor data quality, report production and develop efficient and timely data analysis routines to drive availability of "management by fact" approach. The role requires knowledge and expertise of reporting tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiencies on processes and routine operations. Additionally, this role will support management reporting requirements across all areas in the organization and ensure adherence to established reporting standards and guidelines.
Job Accountabilities:
- Conducts data reporting analysis and generates metrics established to measure progress and performance for management reporting.
- Perform routine administrative tasks in internal TD systems adhering to system requirements and standards ensuring data quality management best practices.
- Provides reporting system knowledge and expertise – be the SME on enterprise systems to ensure users enter accurate data and information for management reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing established processes and guidelines and implement continuous improvements to drive efficiency.
- Produce and collect data for Scorecards and performance metrics for executive reporting (Ad-Hoc, Monthly and Quarterly)
- Develops and authors job aids and other materials for end user consumption
- Responsible for administration and release management of various reporting tools / packages
- Protect/enhance the security of TD data and must adhere to all privacy data risk standards.
- Prioritize and manage own workload and collaborate with team members in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple, simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment, deliver results in a timely manner and recognize urgency to act.
- Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate in Data, Business or Computer Science or similar fields
- Intermediate/advanced skill level on MS Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Experience in Sharepoint development, SQL, data tools an asset
- Confidence and ability to work independently on projects end-to-end (primarily non-routine, escalated, and specialized or complex issues), generally within short- to medium- term horizons (weekly to monthly).
- Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
- Ability to independently perform tasks from end to end with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritizes and manages own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines and thrives in a fast-pace and ambiguous environment
Technical qualifications for this role:
Data analysis, visualization & reporting tools such as Microsoft Suite (including Visio), Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel. SQL and MS Access background an asset.
