The Role: More Than Just a Front Desk
You aren't just answering phones; you are the controller for our customer experience. You’ll manage the first impressions of our brand, support our internal teams, and keep the office rhythm steady in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do Daily:
- Be the First Impression: Greet customers and visitors with a professional, welcoming energy.
- Master the Switchboard: Direct calls with speed and accuracy to ensure no customer is left waiting.
- Core Support: Handle administrative tasks (filing, data entry, and mail) that keep the branch running.
- Grow Your Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of our business across different departments.

- Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital calendars.
