####PROFILE

Javelin Technologies, a TriMech Company, is expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate in our
Oakville, ON office. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Customer Service, accuracy, and efficiency.
As key member of the team, you are responsible for getting the right products to our customers and helping the company
to grow in our fast-paced environment.

####DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and ship all incoming and outgoing products, accessories, and materials
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products, accessories, and materials against packing slips and receive
  electronically (where applicable)
• Receive and process material returns through a Return Authorization Process (RMA)
• Assist in loading courier vehicles for daily outbound deliveries
• Receive incoming shipments and place them into warehouse inventory
• Handle material by hand or with use of appropriate equipment
• Obtain orders from computer terminal
• Perform monthly inventory counts
• Liaison regularly with other departments and clients on the status of orders/shipping
• Coordinate, create labels and, commercial invoices for cross-border shipments with state side colleagues as well
  as larger shipments with Expeditors.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse area and workstation to keep a clean, safe, orderly, and professional space
• Ordering warehouse supplies through Uline
• Process material order quotes and convert them into POs in NetSuite
• Navigate client portals for PO confirmation or adjustments.
• Coordinate shipments and create shipping labels for on-site and off-site colleagues.
• Collaborate with Print Team on various warehousing needs
• Any other duties or projects as assigned

####SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Be able and comfortable working from a ladder approximately 2 meters high
• Be able to use a computer to:
  • View orders for fulfillment
  • Communicate with various clients and colleagues via email and Teams
  • Create packing lists
  • Create shipping documents
  • Book shipments with carriers
  • Add notes and other relevant information to an order
  • Print the required shipping labels and documentation
• Related warehousing experience is asset
• Be able to operate bar code scanners
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• The position is physically demanding, and you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Lift up to 70 lbs.

####COMPENSATION

• $40,000 - $45,000 CAD per annum
