About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead theSAP Integrated Tool Chain (ITC)initiative as part of theCOSMOS S/4HANA transformation program. This strategic role focuses on implementing an integrated toolchain designed to accelerate solution design, testing activities, governance, and operational readiness for the program.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the integration of key tools within the SAP ecosystem, includingSAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow. The role requires close collaboration withenterprise architecture teams, business process owners, technology teams, and external vendors.
This position requires strong experience managingcomplex technology projects, including the coordination ofglobal teams and multi-vendor environmentswithin large-scale transformation programs.
Requirements and Technical Skills
The ideal candidate has solid experience inIT project management within complex enterprise environments.
Key Requirements:

Minimum5 to 7 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects

Proven experience implementingSAP or enterprise architecture tools, including at least one of the following:
- SAP Signavio
- SAP LeanIX
- SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

Strongvendor management experience

Experience managingglobal teams across onshore and offshore locations

Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and structured documentation skills
Objectives and Deliverables
- Ensure thesuccessful implementation of the SAP Integrated Tool Chainwithin the COSMOS S/4HANA program
- Align the toolchain with the different phases of the program (design, testing, governance, and operational readiness)
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP ecosystem tools and existing enterprise platforms
- Provide clear visibility to executive stakeholders regardingprogress, risks, and vendor performance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of theSAP Integrated Tool Chain(Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM, ServiceNow)
- Maintain and manage theintegrated project plan, including RAID logs, scope management, and governance
- Coordinatemulti-vendor teams, including internal teams, technology partners, and onshore/offshore resources
- Oversee theimplementation of SAP Signavio, including process modeling, governance workflows, and integration with SAP S/4
- Lead thedeployment of SAP LeanIX, including data migration, TechnoPedia configuration, and process-to-IT component mapping
- Manage theenablement of SAP Cloud ALM, including tenant configuration, solution landscape setup, process import, and test script mapping
- Ensureend-to-end integration and validationof the toolchain
- Align tool delivery withSAP S/4HANA program milestones(SIT, UAT, simulations, cutover)
- Manage**Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)**for the various platforms and integration components
- Overseesecurity, access management, and compliance aspects
- Provideexecutive-level reportingto governance committees and the PMO
- Ensure compliance withPMO methodologies and documentation standards
- Coordinate internal and external project managers and managevendor scope and performance
Assets
-PMP certification
- Knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA
- Familiarity with theSAP Activate methodology
- Experience with tools such asJIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Microsoft Project Online
- Experience working inlarge enterprise transformation programs
