This hands-on role is essential in ensuring our equipment is cleaned, detailed, and presentation-ready for customers and service work.
About the Role
As a Wash Bay Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of large agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, and sprayers.
Your work helps ensure every piece of equipment meets our high standards before leaving the yard.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, degrease, and detail agricultural equipment
- Inspect equipment to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay area
- Assist with general yard duties and support the service team as needed
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfort working outdoors and around large machinery
