Purpose: We are currently recruiting for a Junior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities: Support multiple projects by managing document control activities. Process and distribute engineering and vendor documents in accordance with company and client requirements. Ensure compliance with document control standards, procedures, and best practices. Maintain accurate records and document metadata within electronic Document/Data Management Systems (EDMS). Assist in the retrieval, tracking, and archiving of documents as needed. What you will bring: Technical and Industry Experience: Exposure to document control in an engineering or construction environment. Understanding of how to identify and manage technical engineering drawings and documents. General understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes related to document control. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, and Bluebeam) is an asset but not required.
