Role Description The Sales Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Surrey, BC. This position supports the sales organization by analyzing sales data, preparing performance reports, and identifying trends to improve sales effectiveness. The role includes maintaining and optimizing sales processes and tools, assisting with forecasting and pipeline management, and supporting pricing and margin analysis in collaboration with sales and finance teams. The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with regional sales teams to provide insights, ensure data accuracy in CRM and related systems, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and management to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support forecasting and performance measurement. Effective Communication abilities to present findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support sales leadership. Knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations practices, including pipeline management, reporting, and process optimization. Understanding of Finance concepts related to pricing, margins, budgeting, and revenue analysis. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, CRM systems) and comfort working with large data sets. Post-secondary education in business, finance, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in electrical distribution, utilities, or industrial B2B environments is an asset.
