Position Details
6/1 rotation, 12-hour shifts August 1, 2026 - September 7, 2026 Camp & Flights Provided (Canada Hubs) Need: IRATA Certification with Mechanical Background Requirements IRATA Certification Journeyman ticketed (Pipefitter, Welder) would be a huge asset CSO or BSO or CSTS-2020 ESC or OSSA Confined Space Monitor and Entry Strong work ethics Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients Exceptional safety and quality awareness Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level Benefits The strength of Tacten lies in its outstanding people. We have capabilities that extend across all industry segments, but with specific capabilities in oil and gas, petrochemical refining, marine, pulp and paper, power generation and civil infrastructure.
Our core service offering includes electrical, welding/fabrication, pipe-fitting, insulation, asbestos abatement, hoisting/rigging, painting and coating, inspection, shutdown/turn around support, removal of equipment or hazards, confined space (including rescue service), furnace and burner de-slags, nuts and bolts removal/replacement, and class surveys.
