About the role
This is a one-year fixed-term position based at our head office in the heart of Old Québec. Working within the Imports team, the office clerk plays a key role in the administrative and operational support of the Design department, ensuring the smooth running of files, the management of fabric libraries and the organization of the department.
Responsibilities

Assist the team in their administrative tasks such as :

Prepare documents required for material searches.

Follow-up on files with external suppliers and input data assigned to them.

Measure samples and organize wash tests;
-
Organize fabric libraries;
-
Prepare seasonal pallets;
-
Provide administrative support for special projects;
-
Any other related task, in administrative support of the teams.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while being an active member of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with computers (PC environment) and office suite software (word, excel and powerpoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
