As the Premium Services & Sales Support Coordinator you play a pivotal role in providing key sales support, contributing to revenue growth and strengthening our corporate partnerships. You will support the Director of Sales in managing sales processes and reporting, identifying and researching potential community partners, customizing sponsorship packages, developing new sponsorships, managing existing corporate accounts, and delivering exceptional client service to enhance business relationships. By prioritizing exceptional sales support, customer service and effectively managing competing priorities, you will foster long-term customer relationships through highly professional support strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Client Servicing
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with current corporate customers and partners.
- Ensure all sponsorship agreements are executed effectively with maximum value for partners.
- As directed by the SOFMC sales teams work with marketing, game operations, and digital teams to integrate sponsors into game-day experiences and promotions.
- Represent the sales team at SOFMC at networking events, business functions, and community initiatives.
Activation & Fulfillment
- Coordinate the delivery of sponsor assets, including in-arena signage, concourse activations, promotions, and hospitality packages.
- Oversee the venue sales and sponsorship game-day activations, ensuring sponsor visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI metrics and lead performance reporting for partners.
Corporate Sales Support
- Support the sales team as they identify, prospect, and secure new corporate sponsorships and advertising partnerships.
- Develop customized marketing and sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Assist the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets through innovative sponsorship activations.

- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, according to operational needs and events dates, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
- Proficiency in developing presentation decks and materials and leading on graphic development for customized sponsorship packages.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
