About The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled content creator to join a collaborative creative, marketing, and design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing engaging customer-facing content for digital platforms, playing a key part in major promotional campaigns. Your ability to transform strategic objectives into clear, persuasive messaging will be crucial in capturing audience attention and driving brand loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Write compelling promotional copy across digital channels, including emails, landing pages, banner ads, and social media. Translate stakeholder requests into customer-focused messaging that aligns with brand objectives. Ensure all content maintains consistency with the established brand voice and guidelines. Proofread and meticulously refine copy to ensure accuracy and impact before launch. Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Actively participate in creative reviews and revision cycles, contributing to an iterative and refined creative process. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of professional content creation experience. Strong background in retail, consumer brand, or agency environments. Outstanding grammar, editing, and proofreading skills with an eagle eye for detail. Proven experience in developing digital marketing campaigns. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent collaboration and time management skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
Retail or ecommerce experience. Agency background. Experience supporting promotional calendars. SEO awareness.
