Au sein de l’unité de développement de produits (PDU) Orchestration, nous sommes à l’avant-garde de cette transformation grâce à notre offre. Ce poste fait partie de l’équipe de direction chargée de mener le PDU Orchestration vers sa prochaine phase d’évolution.
Description Du Poste En tant que Responsable du déploiement, des pipelines, de l’intégration et de la vérification (DPIV) du produit Ericsson Service Orchestration and Assurance (ESOA) au sein de l’unité SA BOS Engineering PDU Orchestration, vous dirigerez une équipe de spécialistes hautement qualifiés dans leur domaine. Vous serez responsable de tous les aspects du déploiement des produits ESOA, des pipelines, ainsi que de l’intégration et de la vérification systèmes/solutions au sein de l’organisation PDU.
Les trois axes majeurs de ce groupe se concentreront sur l’opératif, l’humain et la stratégie. L’implémentation des offres d’orchestration pour la préparation des systèmes se réalisera dans cette unité, avec une responsabilité de bout en bout sur la gestion des pipelines et la vérification systémique des versions.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe dirigeante du PDU Orchestration, rendant compte au Responsable du PDU Orchestration et dirigeant une organisation mondiale.
En tant que leader confirmé et membre de l’équipe de direction, le candidat retenu devra démontrer une forte capacité d’innovation, de collaboration, un goût prononcé pour les résultats et des compétences de résolution de problèmes dans un environnement particulièrement dynamique. We in the Product Development Unit (PDU) Orchestration are at the fore front of this transformation with our offering. This position is part of the leadership team that would lead PDU Orchestration into the next phase of evolution.
Description Of The Role As Head of Ericsson Service Orchestration and Assurance Product (ESOA) Deployment, Pipeline, Integration & Verification (DPIV) within SA BOS Engineering Unit PDU Orchestration, you will be leading a group of highly talented team of expert in their domain area. As leader of the DPIV team, you would be responsible for all aspects of ESOA Product Deployment, Pipelines, System/Solution Integration & Verification aspects of the PDU organization.
The three-core focus area of this group would centre around Operative , People & Strategic focus .
Orchestration offerings realization for system readiness would happen in this unit hence the E2E ownership with accountability for offering pipelines & system wide verification for release would be part of this unit.
You would be part of the PDU Orchestration leadership, reporting to the Head of PDU Orchestration, leading a global organization.
As a senior leader and a member of the Leadership Team, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong ability to innovate, collaborate, be result-oriented and a problem-solver in a highly fast-paced organization.
To secure business profitability and technology leadership, the candidate will show courage to lead change. Change management and communicative leadership skills will be key to success.

The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Sales Incentive Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson’s Sales Incentive Plan. We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson’s Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, 3-5 personal days (depending on role), 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
