About the role

Job Description As an Assembly and Test Technician – Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following :

  • Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Follow standardized work instructions and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and lead the team to high quality production within tight deadlines.

Qualifications Must have

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of board assembly process and product process flow.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to assembly tasks.
  • Experience with aerospace components and systems is highly desirable
