Sales Support & Implementation Specialist
Location: Montreal Area, Quebec
Work Model: Hybrid (Montreal-based)

In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Work from home: Monday & Friday
Hours : 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually + potential to earn quarterly bonus
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Language Requirement : Bilingual (French / English required)
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Additional Info:
Once hired, mandatory training will be held for one week in Brampton, ON with an additional day in Ottawa. All training and travel related expenses will be covered. Further details can be discussed during the interview and selection process.
About the Role
We are seeking a French / English Bilingual Sales Support & Implementation Specialist for our client located in the Montreal area. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, business clients, and internal stakeholders to support sales initiatives, lead customer onboarding, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. This position combines sales support, client engagement, and operational coordination in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to sales teams throughout the full sales and implementation lifecycle

Deliver professional presentations and service overviews to bilingual (French / English) clients

Lead customer onboarding activities, including service demonstrations and system setup support

Prepare accurate quotations, coordinate inventory requirements, and support deployment activities
-
Maintain precise and up-to-date records within CRM systems, including sales activity and reporting
-
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and service delivery

Manage customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required
Requirements

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

Located in the Montreal area and able to support a hybrid work schedule

Previous experience in sales support, account management, or telecommunications environments

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM systems or sales platforms considered an asset
