Join Our Mission of Gratitude & Connection – Become Our Stewardship Coordinator!

Mulgrave School, the International School of Vancouver, is on the lookout for a thoughtful, creative, and relationship-driven Stewardship Coordinator to help us celebrate the extraordinary generosity of our community. If you’re passionate about building connections, creating unforgettable experiences, and telling powerful stories that inspire giving, this role is your chance to shine.

You’ll be at the heart of our Development team, designing and delivering events, campaigns, and personal touches that make donors feel seen, valued, and deeply connected to the Mulgrave mission. From intimate thank-you gatherings to school-wide celebrations, your work will ensure that every donor, from annual fund champions to major gift supporters, feels the lasting impact of their generosity.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first, creativity-powered environment, this is your opportunity to make a tangible difference in a vibrant, international school community.

What You’ll Do

Bring Gratitude to Life – Plan and manage donor appreciation events that leave a lasting impression, from elegant receptions to hands-on experiences showcasing our students’ talents and learning.
Create Meaningful Touchpoints – Craft heartfelt thank-you messages, thoughtful appreciation gifts, and engaging updates that let donors see their impact in action.
Connect the Dots – Work across departments to integrate alumni, alumni parents, and new families into our warm, welcoming community.
Track & Improve – Use data to monitor engagement, refine our strategies, and share success stories with school leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in communications, marketing, fundraising, event planning, or a related field.

  • An authentic passion for gratitude, connection, and community-building.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity in a diverse, global environment.

  • A knack for storytelling—both written and visual—that captures hearts and minds.

  • Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Proficiency with donor databases (Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud, or similar) and Google Workspace.

  • A flexible, collaborative approach—and a good sense of humour for those lively school days!

Why Mulgrave?

At Mulgrave, you’ll join a passionate, values-driven team in a welcoming, inclusive community. Every day, you’ll see the difference your work makes in our students’ lives and the vibrancy of our school culture. You’ll have room to be creative, build meaningful relationships, and turn appreciation into an art form.
