Scrum Master - Entry Level
Role: Scrum Master
Location: Canada (Remote)
Visa Status: Canada, Work permit/Citizen/PR
Pay Rate: $60/hr- $65/hr
Travel: Not Required

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives following the framework of Scrum to ensure smooth team collaboration.
- Guide the development team in adopting and following Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
- Remove impediments or blockers that affect the team’s productivity and ensure continuous workflow.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-prioritized and refined product backlog.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using tools such as Jira.
- Coach and support cross-functional teams to improve collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
