About The Role.
Responsible for managing the mainline ingredient mixing room and providing safe forklift operation for specific jobs in the production facility. The successful candidate will work on 1 of the 4 designated production teams
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Follow all GMP’s, Global BOPs, and Safety processes
- Be an active member/ and or support change management for the betterment of the facility
- Active member/and or support committees and teams (IE JHSC, Ergonomics, and SUM Team)
- Support creation and development of policies and procedures for their area
- Boil out participation is required for this position.
- Manage forklift safety and traffic within the designated forklift areas. Provide forklift specific tasks to the production team including loading ingredients, managing inventory, testing of %/concentrations etc.
- Provide ingredients and forklift support to downline customers, batter, fryer, starch and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain sanitation practices specifically in the ingredient and starch rooms, including clean up days.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful.
- High School Graduate
- Forklift certified or proven past experience and willingness to recertify
- Fine attention to detail
- Proven effective time management skills
- An understanding or proven ability to work in a manufacturing process
- Proven ability to work independently and complete all tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Able to prioritize and complete tasks with a keen sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written as well as effective presentation skills
- Strong computer skills are required, particularly with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Shift schedule may be subject to change.
- Must have a proven history of safe work habits.
- Effective written, oral, mathematical and interpersonal skills.
- Adheres to all Company rules, regulations and policies and all relevant rules, regulations and policies.
- Experience in sanitation and chemical usage and asset

Compensation Package : - Starting at30.36 CAD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
