As the Senior Technical Consultant, you will partner with team members and the business to translate requirements and develop creative solutions in support of corporate goals. You will be responsible for planning, maintaining, and upgrading complex systems, processes and procedures across multi-tiered platforms and environments. You will provide leadership and guidance to others and work at an expert technical level through all phases of cloud infrastructure plans, builds, optimizations, system upgrades, and support.
Technologies You Have Experience With
- Containerization, Kubernetes management, and automation technologies.
- Managing infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, source code management, infrastructure deployment automation.
- Cloud-native technologies, and strong experience in at least one of AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Cloud resource monitoring and efficiency analysis tools.
- API gateway and Content Delivery Network technologies.
How You Will Create Impact
- Overseeing infrastructure, performance and capacity, security posture, and integration with internal and external environments and applications.
- Collaborate with the development and infrastructure architecture teams to identify technology performance and service impacts and configuration changes required, as a result of new and changing applications and business needs.
- Coordinate and manage complex technical incident and problem resolution within various production and test environments by conducting research, diagnosis, investigation, testing, and recommending and implementing solutions.
- Contribute to organizational knowledge by documenting new processes and solutions, updating existing process and knowledge documents, and participating in active knowledge transfer across the team and support teams.
- Ensure technical environment is stable and working at the optimum level by providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of complex technologies, both internal and outsourced.
- Providing risk assessment and analysis to determine how new technology will integrate into various environments, researching and designing technology solutions and formulating recommendations that address business needs and improve efficiency, reliability and performance.
- Directing large and complex technical projects and creating detailed work plans and time estimates for infrastructure implementations, operational changes and major enhancements.
- Coaching and mentoring peers and business partners, ensuring team members are aware of new processes and technology and developing methodologies, standards, and tools.

To Join Our Team
- You have seven to ten years of technical experience in progressively complex technical environments, including support of business-critical internal and external customer applications.
- You have a degree in Information Technology, or in Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- You have led the implementation of multiple complex and resilient technical solutions with a focus on security, performance and reliability.
- You have exceptional communication skills, and you collaborate effectively with business partners and guide them in identifying solutions that best meet their needs.
- You're a strong troubleshooter and creative problem solver, and you excel at collaborating with and leading teams toward resolution
