- Oversee the day-to-day operations of ICI construction projects in Ottawa, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction activities.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety standards on-site.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues or delays.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure quality control by monitoring construction standards and conducting final inspections.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients as required.

A successful Superintendent - ICI should have:
- Proven experience in managing ICI construction projects, particularly in Ottawa or similar regions.
