The Development Program

This Program Combines
Real business exposure across PCU’s global operations
Cross-regional collaboration on live organisational challenges Mentorship from experienced professionals Structured learning and applied development A strong focus on ethics, sustainability, and accountability
You’ll complete the program as a trusted professional, ready for broader responsibility, stretch roles, or specialist pathways aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Do
Gain hands-on experience across global business areas such as inspection, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions Support day-to-day operational and project activities Contribute to cross-regional initiatives that improve how we work Build a strong understanding of PCU’s services, standards, and values Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices

What You’ll Develop

Who Can Apply
Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years’ experience)
Degree in business, sustainability, agriculture, engineering, science, data, or related fields Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage) Willingness to work in a global, international environment
