We’re looking for aLead Kitchen Cookwho thrives in high-energy environments and takes pride in leading a team that delivers exceptional stadium dining experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support kitchen staff during high-volume event service

• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, quality, and speed

• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization

• Mentor and train cooks and kitchen team members

• Work closely with concessions, catering, and operations teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or food service

• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and event days

• Must be available for all Blue Bombers home games (10 per season).
