Job Description
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 8 + years of delivery experience driving large-scale programs (IAM, Security, or Cloud) Proven ability to: Drive projects forward proactively (not reactive) Challenge stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requirements Work across engineering, architecture, and business teams
- Experience navigating complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders (including executives). Must be able to speak confidently with engineers and architects and guide solutions (not necessarily implement)
- Hands-on working knowledge of: Microsoft Entra ID (MANDATORY) Identity Providers (IdP) Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Understanding of authentication protocols: SAML OAuth / OpenID Connect
- Good understanding of: Cloud environments (Azure preferred) Secure application deployment concepts (containers, DevOps, etc.)
- Ability to understand and guide: Secure infrastructure patterns Identity integration across applications and systems
Nice-To-Have Skills: Experience with: Enterprise IAM implementations or migrations Large-scale MFA rollouts Exposure to tools/platforms such as: ForgeRock (not required) Experience in: Global or enterprise-scale organizations Multi-entity environments (subsidiaries, international operations)
