About the role

This is an exciting opportunity in a Junior to Intermediate role for support of our Project Management departments. Growth, development and promotion for the successful proponent is anticipated and will be encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-sale customer interactions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with sales, consultants, and engineers, with a strong focus on technical aspects.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and track submittal packages; follow up on status updates.
  • Update quotes to reflect project changes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers as required.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes, including action items, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare cost estimates, change orders, and extras for invoicing purposes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and prepare project progress schedules.
  • Review drawings and quotes for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support for day-to-day project activities.
  • Support project close-out by coordinating subcontractors, final documentation, and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans and technical drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry (asset).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
