Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive at Unisync Group Limited in Mississauga, ON,. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets that meet the criteria set out by the Unisync Executive Team.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and qualifying viable opportunities from market research, that meet Unisync target customer profile criteria. Weekly phone block sessions to drive contact with prospective new business. Preparing and coordinating proposals that communicate Unisync’s experience, organizational products and services to prospective clients Manage all prospective customer submission requirements and deadlines in addition to written proposals, including but not limited to; product sample submissions and approved pricing submission components. Develop in-depth knowledge of Unisync’s product and service offerings, including internal procurement and manufacturing processes Develop an understanding of Unisync competition to strategically leverage Unisync strengths against competitor weaknesses Communicate effectively with all relevant internal department leads and SME’s throughout the proposal development process Track anticipated upcoming RFP release dates for key target clients that have been contacted vis-à-vis phone block sessions Manage debriefs for any unsuccessful sales proposals with Executive Team, recording all critical feedback on Unisync price and service competitiveness scores Travel within Canada and USA required.

Qualifications

Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role; however, strong candidates with less experience will also be considered Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in the apparel industry or related field is an asset Knowledge of uniform requirements and industry trends Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Undergraduate Degree or equivalent

In compliance with Ontario's Bill 190, this posting represents a current, existing vacancy within our organization.

Salary range for this role: 75,000 to 85,000 depending on candidate's experience
