Position Description We are looking for a proactive individual to support our LVM Program Subcontracts team in meeting customer deliverables and resolving issues using innovative program and project management techniques. This position offers hands-on experience in supply chain management and program development, working alongside a cross-functional team of seasoned Program and Subcontracts professionals. You will gain experience in the following areas:

Job Responsibilities

  • Help support a cross functional team to meet program requirements and milestone goals, interfacing regularly with suppliers and the Integrated Project Team.
  • Support the management of subcontract(s), including invoicing, tracking deliverables, assisting with Request for Proposal development, and monitoring schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Participate/support in fact-finding and negotiation of proposal(s) and complete the definitization of Subcontracts inclusive of Terms and Conditions, Statements of Work, Payment Plans, and schedules for development and deliveries.
  • Complete subcontract amendments, in collaboration with the IPT and subcontract professional.
  • Maintain action item lists and meeting minutes.
  • Create related presentations and documents given structured direction & narratives
  • Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders as necessary
  • Provide administrative support to the LVM Program team, as required

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

  • University degree or college diploma, specializing in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or other related fields
  • Experience of working with a variety of multiple stakeholders and being able to balance their requests and build rapport across all levels within the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be a self-driven, creative, self-starter with the passion to go above and beyond
