OBJECTIVE

Effectively engage with customers to resolve overdue balances while maintaining a positive, respectful, and empathetic experience.

This Position is 100% Remote. You must live in Canada to be eligible.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

  • Process accounts receivable / collection transactions accurately and timely
  • Contact customers by phone to remind them of overdue balances in a polite and professional manner
  • Review, research, and verify customer account details across multiple systems
  • Document all conversations and actions clearly, accurately, and promptly
  • Handle customer questions, disputes, or concerns with patience and empathy

This position will work CST/CDT hours, 8-hour days, from 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

FLUENCY

This position requires fluency in the English and Canadian French language.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job is operated in a remote work environment. This role may routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, headsets, telephones, webcams, photocopiers/printers, and related. The noise level will vary based on the individual’s remote work environment.
