Position Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Product Quality Experience Coordinator to strengthen our global warranty repair operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure repair facilities are equipped, processes are optimized, and customers continue to experience the highest level of product quality. You’ll lead initiatives in repair planning, documentation, and data management, while collaborating closely across internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do

Product Analysis & Repair Planning

  • Provide technical insights in development and proto meetings to improve repair readiness.
  • Coordinate wear testing, sample requests, and time studies to optimize repair efficiency.
  • Plan and manage raw material needs across repair facilities.
  • Support repair cost evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Documentation

  • Develop clear SOPs, training decks, and visual guides to support global operations.
  • Maintain digital resources and systems to keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Support product knowledge sessions and training for seasonal rollouts.

Operations & Collaboration

  • Assist with inspections, cleaning, and quality checks during peak seasons.
  • Partner with QA, Product Development, Sourcing, Production, and vendors to streamline workflows.
  • Contribute to cross-functional planning and innovation projects that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Let’s Talk About You

  • 2–4 years’ experience in product operations, quality assurance, or garment manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, repair processes, and textiles.
  • Skilled at creating engaging visual/technical documentation and training materials.
  • Proficient in digital tools with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator—organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and creative, with experience in vendor management or multilingual skills as a plus.
