The Travel Corporation is seeking motivated, customer-focused Contact Centre Sales Agents to join our remote sales team. In this role, you’ll represent our portfolio of iconic travel brands and play a key part in creating exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales targets.

The Role

As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will manage inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, chat, and online channels. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs, convert leads into bookings, and deliver a consistently high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries across multiple channels
• Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend suitable travel products
• Convert leads and maximize sales opportunities, including upselling
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
• Accurately process bookings using systems such as Amadeus, Tropics, and Salesforce
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, destinations, and policies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Provide support during high-volume periods as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales and customer service (call centre experience preferred)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Travel industry experience is an asset but not required
