Hypertec is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team in Montreal, Quebec . If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Consolidate monthly financial results of Hypertec Group entities, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models and templates using Vena Solutions and other financial tools to support month end, budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for internal and external reporting packages (MD&A, quarterly stakeholder reports), including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other key performance insights
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Extract, transform, and interpret financial data from multiple systems (SAP, Vena, etc.) to create meaningful insights for decision-making
- Support the external audit process, including the preparation of annual financial statements and necessary supporting documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting, leveraging financial systems and other automation tools
- Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses as required to support business objectives
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA designation an asset
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation in a multi-entity environment, including foreign exchange translation
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems (e.g., Vena, Adaptive Insights) is an asset
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; knowledge of SAP Business One an asset
- Experience with Power BI is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in French
- Must be able to address multiple issues in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment, requiring effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes
