As a Junior Project Manager within our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Kelowna, British Columbia, you’ll contribute to water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway infrastructure that helps communities thrive across the Interior region. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, senior mentors, and multidisciplinary teams while building your technical foundation and shaping meaningful projects that support community growth.

Your Impact In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning and detailed design of municipal infrastructure and land development, including water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater systems, and roadways.
  • Assist with preparing design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to modeling, analysis, and report preparation under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Participate in field reviews, data collection, and construction support activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams across planning, design, and delivery phases.
  • Communicate design considerations clearly within the team and help ensure high‑quality technical outputs.

The Skills That Set You Apart You bring:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) status with EGBC.
  • 2 years of experience supporting municipal infrastructure, land development, or related projects.
  • Foundational knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater, or transportation design principles.
  • Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related tools.
  • An eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow through mentorship and hands‑on project work.
  • An interest in working with British Columbia municipal clients, standards, and design practices.

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 – $88,400

MB & ON: $60,900 – $83,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $60,300 – $80,000
