Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and serve as the first point of contact for your team

• Coach and develop subordinates through one-to-ones, feedback, and performance management

• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate headcount coverage for all operating tables

• Conduct training sessions and ensure correct skills development during BPA sessions

• Communicate all news, updates, and procedural changes to the team in a timely manner

• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members

• Prepare, monitor, and report on team KPI data; create and execute monthly/quarterly improvement plans

• Organize and lead team and individual meetings

• Report to Senior Team Manager regarding team needs, changes, and staffing issues

• Maintain Team Managers Manual and other online resources

• Proficiently use internal systems including Wiki, Jira, TTS, Slack, Smart Recruiters, NEVOS, EVO Learning, Evospace, and Studio Desk

• When assigned as manager on duty, work a minimum of 75% of shift time on the gaming floor, conduct regular floor walks, ensure compliance with workplace rules, and participate in table promotions and media campaigns

• Complete incident reports and assist employees with documentation as needed

• Ensure all procedural, legal, and disciplinary standards are followed and enforced

• Report any non-compliance with company standards, procedures, or legal requirements

• Work flexible shifts and hours as assigned

• Obtain First Aid Level 1 certification

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent English language proficiency with strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Knowledge of casino gaming operations and procedures
• First Aid Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in hospitality, gaming, or related customer-facing industries

• Fluency in additional languages (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese)

• Experience working in a live gaming or broadcast environment
