As part of the larger Revenue Management organization, we are responsable of providing the best tools to our district sales managers and improve their efficiency by removing manual tasks.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
As a BI Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our reporting journey. You will:
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and support the design of dashboards in Power BI.
Understand the day-to-day role of our district sales managers to make their life easier
Lead training sessions with our users
Participate in our Power BI community of practice
Cross-analyze multiple data sources to connect the dots and surface insights that drive smarter decisions—from supply chain to marketing.
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data that highlight business risks, leakage, or new growth opportunities.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a mix of technical skills, curiosity, and business sense:
Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong skills in Power BI (5 years)
Strong SQL skills with experience in modern data warehouse technologies (ideally Snowflake).
Analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity—you love digging into data and uncovering the story it tells.
Problem-solving drive—comfortable tackling complex data puzzles and simplifying them into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills—able to turn data into clear, concise, and impactful messages.
