Our client is seeking a Senior WMS Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of an enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS). Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and external partners, you will enhance warehouse processes, support system integrations, and ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the organization's Warehouse Management System.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and system functionality to support warehouse operations.
• Coordinate testing activities, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support integrations between the WMS and other enterprise applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Develop user documentation, deliver end-user training, and promote best practices.
• Serve as the WMS subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting an enterprise Warehouse Management System.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with WMS implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
• Experience working with enterprise application integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant WMS or supply chain certifications are considered an asset.
