About the role

This position is part of our ET/UT product line. The HRIS Project Manager is responsible for the management and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). They oversee integration, system upgrades, and the deployment of new features while ensuring effective coordination between internal and external teams. They analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the implementation of adapted solutions. At the same time, they support change management by providing training and user support to ensure the effective adoption of tools and processes.

As An HRIS Project Manager, You Will HRIS Project Management

  • Lead HRIS projects, including integration, deployment of new features, and upgrades of existing systems.
  • Develop, plan, and monitor projects by defining objectives, required resources, and timelines.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal and external teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Review and validate system requirements specifications (SRS) in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts according to needs and allocated budgets, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Define and implement a change management strategy: identify stakeholders, anticipate impacts, and establish a plan to ensure a smooth transition.

HR Process Analysis and Optimization

  • Contribute to defining the HRIS evolution strategy and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend optimizations to increase efficiency (e.g., recruitment, absence management, performance management, etc.).
  • Document requirements upon receiving a request, analyze gaps between current processes and defined requirements, and develop a project plan to close these gaps.
  • Draft and document procedures, ensuring that processes are well understood and executed.
  • Manage end-of-project transitions to HRIS administrators and provide ongoing support after changes are implemented.
  • Provide support to HRIS administrators as needed.

Training and User Support

  • Prepare adapted communication materials.
  • Create, maintain, and update user guides and tools.
  • Train users on new procedures and tools.

What Makes You a Great Fit For Our Team

  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Around 10 years of experience, with a background in HR.
  • Experience in HRIS implementations.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with Dayforce, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong interest in HRIS.
