In this hybrid role, you’ll help us book new clients, onboard them seamlessly, keep the office organized, and support our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s ready to grow with a company that values integrity, flexibility, charity, and positivity.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones and book cleanings
- Quote leads and follow up to close sales
- Onboard new clients and enter data into our system
- Support HR with contracts and technician time logs
- Track KPIs and assist with executive tasks and reporting
- Tidy the office, receive deliveries, and run occasional errands
We’re Looking For:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills
- Strong customer service and phone presence
- Quick learner with new software
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license for occasional errands
- A team player with a positive attitude!
Part-time to start (Mon–Fri), growing to full-time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
