Job Description: We are seeking a talented Designer Copywriter to join a high-performing marketing team delivering personalized 1:1 client communications across digital channels. This role sits within an agile squad model, partnering closely with designers, strategists, and business stakeholders to bring client-focused experiences to life. Must Have Requirement: 3–5+ years of experience in copywriting (ideally closer to 5+) Experience writing for 1:1 client communications / CRM / lifecycle marketing Strong portfolio demonstrating digital writing (email, app, or client communications) Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (clear, concise, plain language) Experience working in cross-functional teams (design, strategy, marketing) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Understanding of brand, compliance, and regulatory considerations Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive writing standards in Canada
