Role: Talent Operations Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Payout: $70K - $110K/yr
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end hiring processes and optimize talent acquisition systems. The role involves managing a distributed team to support global recruitment efforts and improve hiring efficiency across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify process improvements and reduce time-to-fill.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost-effective hiring solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics tools.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making for recruitment optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in global talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
