Nous recherchons un(e) Administrateur(trice) de systèmes UNIX expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une équipe internationale chargée des opérations et de la gestion des infrastructures à grande échelle.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’assurer la stabilité, la performance et la fiabilité des infrastructures critiques de calcul et de stockage. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes d’infrastructure, de réseau, d’administration de bases de données, d’ingénierie et d’applications afin de diagnostiquer les incidents de production, maintenir la stabilité opérationnelle, soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration des infrastructures et contribuer à la mise en œuvre et à la certification de nouvelles technologies.

Principales responsabilités Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents ayant un impact sur les environnements de production et affectant les infrastructures Linux de calcul et de stockage. Collaborer avec les équipes réseau, d’administration de bases de données, d’infrastructure et d’applications afin d’analyser les interruptions de service, d’évaluer leur impact et de déterminer les stratégies de résolution appropriées. Effectuer des contrôles proactifs de l’état des infrastructures ainsi que des activités de maintenance afin d’assurer la stabilité opérationnelle et la conformité aux exigences de gestion des risques et de contrôle. Assurer le support et la maintenance des environnements Linux, notamment Red Hat Linux et d’autres distributions UNIX/Linux. Administrer et dépanner différents services d’infrastructure tels que DNS, DHCP, NTP, Kerberos, SSHD, PXE, SFTP, HTTPD et Docker. Assurer le support des infrastructures de serveurs d’entreprise, notamment les serveurs lames, les serveurs montés en rack et les serveurs autonomes. Développer, maintenir et dépanner des scripts d’automatisation à l’aide de technologies telles que KSH, Bash, Perl et Python. Travailler avec des outils de gestion de configuration et d’automatisation des infrastructures. Assurer le support des environnements de clustering, de virtualisation, NAS, NFS et SAN. Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie afin de tester et de certifier de nouvelles solutions matérielles et logicielles. Participer à des projets d’infrastructure, notamment l’intégration de nouveaux actifs UNIX et des initiatives d’infrastructure à grande échelle. Identifier les goulots d’étranglement liés aux performances des infrastructures et contribuer à l’optimisation et au réglage des systèmes. Participer à une rotation d’astreinte et agir comme point de contact pour les incidents de production lorsque nécessaire. Participer occasionnellement à des projets d’infrastructure durant les fins de semaine.

Profil recherché Compétences requises 2 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en administration de systèmes UNIX/Linux, en opérations d’infrastructure ou dans un rôle similaire. Solide expérience pratique des environnements Linux, de préférence Red Hat Linux. Solide connaissance des services d’infrastructure tels que DNS, DHCP, NTP, Kerberos, SSHD, PXE, SFTP, HTTPD et Docker. Expérience avec les équipements de serveurs d’entreprise, notamment les serveurs lames, les serveurs montés en rack et les serveurs autonomes. Capacité à lire, comprendre, écrire et dépanner des scripts de complexité intermédiaire à avancée en utilisant KSH, Bash, Perl ou Python. Bonne compréhension des outils de gestion de configuration et d’automatisation des infrastructures tels que Red Hat Satellite, Quattor, Puppet ou Chef. We are looking for a skilled UNIX System Administrator to join a global infrastructure operations team responsible for supporting and maintaining large-scale Linux environments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of critical compute and storage infrastructure. You will work closely with infrastructure, networking, database, engineering, and application teams to diagnose production issues, maintain operational stability, support infrastructure improvements, and contribute to the implementation and certification of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve production-impacting incidents affecting Linux compute and storage infrastructure. Collaborate with networking, database administration, infrastructure, and application teams to investigate outages, assess impact, and determine appropriate resolution strategies. Perform proactive infrastructure health checks and maintenance activities to ensure operational stability and compliance with risk and control requirements. Support and maintain Linux environments, including Red Hat Linux and other UNIX/Linux distributions. Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, Kerberos, SSHD, PXE, SFTP, HTTPD, and Docker. Support enterprise server infrastructure, including blade, rack-mounted, and standalone servers. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automation scripts using technologies such as KSH, Bash, Perl, and Python. Work with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools. Support clustering, virtualization, NAS, NFS, and SAN environments. Collaborate with engineering teams to test and certify new hardware and software solutions. Participate in infrastructure projects, including the onboarding of new UNIX assets and large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Identify infrastructure performance bottlenecks and contribute to system optimization and performance tuning. Participate in an on-call rotation and act as a point of contact for production incidents when required. Occasionally participate in weekend infrastructure projects.

Profile Requirements Must-Have Skills 2–5 years of professional experience in UNIX/Linux system administration, infrastructure operations, or a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Linux environments, preferably Red Hat Linux. Strong knowledge of infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, Kerberos, SSHD, PXE, SFTP, HTTPD, and Docker. Experience working with enterprise server hardware, including blade, rack-mounted, and standalone servers. Ability to read, understand, write, and troubleshoot intermediate to complex scripts using KSH, Bash, Perl, or Python. Good understanding of configuration management and infrastructure automation tools such as Red Hat Satellite, Quattor, Puppet, or Chef. Knowledge of clustering, virtualization, NAS, NFS, and SAN technologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in production environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate effectively within a globally distributed team. Availability to participate in an on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 4–6 weeks.
