About the role

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions. Oversee and monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in the development of products and services to improve profit and increase Customer satisfaction
  • Building a potential customer pool and developing customer acquisition strategies
  • Market analysis and input into marketing plan
  • Responsible for reseller accounts and managing new contracts
  • Providing operational direction and supporting the implementation of programs and policies
  • Administrative duties include maintaining documentation of workflows, including submission of invoices, and expenses

Who you are:

  • You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in energy or related sales
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field an asset
  • You have the ability to identify issues and problem solve
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have extensive customer service experience
  • Experience delivering product preferred
  • You are highly proficient in the Microsoft suite and Outlook
  • You have proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written

You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
