Senior Aesthetics Business Partner
About the role
Company Description: Renellence Inc. is a boutique Canadian distributor of premium European aesthetic medical devices. As the exclusive Canadian distribution partner of Croma-Pharma GmbH, we bring the Saypha portfolio of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, the first MDR, FDA, and Health Canada approved dermal fillers available in Canada, alongside Magic Needle Cannulas and Mesbio Needles.
The Opportunity: Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Senior Aesthetics Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to aesthetic practices, driving adoption of the Renellence portfolio across the medical aesthetics industry through a consultative selling approach. This includes developing and executing territory business plans, call plans, and forecasts, cultivating and managing relationships with leading injectors and key opinion leaders, and partnering with practices to support patient demand generation, treatment adoption, and practice growth around the Renellence portfolio.
The Senior Aesthetics Business Partner will maintain strong product and clinical expertise across the Renellence portfolio and competitive landscape, and will deliver product education through in-office training, group presentations, and educational events. This role also requires monitoring market trends and competitive activity to inform commercial strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and leadership to align field execution with brand priorities, and representing the Renellence brand at industry conferences and trade shows.
Renellence is ready to build and grow, and we are looking for driven sales professionals with a true hunter mentality to do it with us. This is a high accountability position designed for high performers who want to champion their territory, take full ownership of their market, and have direct access to leadership. We are looking for individuals who are energized by the opportunity to be part of a team building something meaningful in the Canadian aesthetic medicine industry, and who want their contribution to be measured by what they help create.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own your territory: Develop and execute strategic territory business plans, call plans, and sales forecasts, driving adoption of the full Renellence portfolio across your book of aesthetic practices.
- Sell consultatively: Act as a strategic partner to practices, understanding each clinic's goals and positioning Renellence as a solution to their growth needs — not just a supplier.
- Build key relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with leading injectors and key opinion leaders, earning a seat at the table as a trusted advisor.
- Drive practice growth: Partner with practices to support patient demand generation, treatment adoption, and practice growth around the Renellence portfolio.
- Master the science, then teach it: Maintain deep product and clinical expertise across the portfolio and competitive landscape, delivering education through in-office training, presentations, and events.
- Read the market: Monitor market trends and competitive activity, feeding insight back to leadership to inform commercial strategy.
- Align with the brand: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to keep field execution in step with brand priorities, and represent Renellence at industry conferences and trade shows.
- Own the outcome: Bring a true hunter mentality to your territory — this is a high-accountability role with direct access to leadership and real ownership over what you help build.
Qualifications: Education and Experience
- A post-secondary degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three or more years of medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience, with a proven record of top performance.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, formal or informal, including coaching, mentoring, or managing field sales talent.
- Established relationships within the Canadian medical aesthetics community are a strong asset.
Leadership Competencies
- A track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to read a district, set priorities, and reallocate effort where it drives results.
- Comfort holding direct reports accountable while keeping them engaged and motivated.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proficiency with CRM and the discipline to drive its consistent use across the team.
Key In-Field Competencies
- Clinical fluency with dermal fillers and the confidence to speak to practitioners about the science behind the portfolio.
- A consultative, customer-centred selling style that keeps the patient and the injector experience at the centre.
- Sound judgment in the field, with the ability to navigate competitive and pricing pressure without discounting the brand.
- Willingness to travel across the district, with overnight travel as required.
