TV2, a leader in technical solutions for Internet Protocol Television providers, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and HR Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this part-time role, you’ll support finance, engineering, HR, and executive leadership to keep our business thriving. If you have masterful organization and administrative skills, thrive in a remote setting, and want to contribute to a client-focused leader on a part-time basis, this is a great opportunity.
Work a schedule of 10 a.m. to noon Pacific Time (1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time), Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to flex up to 15 hours/week as projects ebb and flow.
What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative support to Engineering, Finance, HR, and the CEO.

Assist with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors, and Canadian benefits and retirement administration.

Review, edit, and proofread key documents—like contracts and offer letters—ensuring they’re error-free and professional.

Streamline processes with DocuSign, preparing templates and tracking signatures.

Research, order, and track equipment or assets, keeping our team equipped for success.

Keep us on track by monitoring deadlines, sending timely reminders, and updating project statuses.

Coordinate virtual meetings. May assist with some travel.

Maintain organized digital records and databases, ensuring easy access to critical information.
Tools You’ll Use: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, QuickBooks Online, BambooHR, SimplePay, Bill.com, Avalara, DocuSign, ProcureDesk, Zoho.
Who You Are:

A Canadian resident, legally eligible to work in Canada.

A pro with 3-5 years of administrative experience, adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

A communication whiz with flawless English skills—written and verbal—and a talent for spotting errors.

A self-motivated go-getter who shines in a 100% remote role, balancing independence with quick responsiveness.

Superbly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for managing shifting priorities.

A collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to support a high-performing team.
