About the Role
We are seeking a Consumer Retention Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. The mission is to nurture engagement and retention of customers across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will be responsible for building CRM journeys that adapt proven experiments from other markets to the Canadian context.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and adapt strategies from successful CRM campaigns for the Canadian market.
- Collaborate with central partners such as Consumer Retention Strategists, Data Analysts, Strategy & Operations, and Product teams to set up and implement campaigns.
- Utilize omni-channel marketing tools like Braze to build CRM workflows, including triggered campaigns and automations.
- Manage the end-to-end development and execution of email and push notification campaigns, including coordinating creative reviews, targeting segments, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze the impact of initiatives on key metrics like order rate and revenue, and share performance reports.
- Support creative ideation and optimization with the help of creative resources.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in customer retention, email, or growth marketing.
- In-depth understanding of ESP/Marketing Automation platforms, such as Braze, Iterable, etc.
- Experience with data analysis, targeting, and program measurement; SQL proficiency is preferred.
- Understanding of technical stacks, with strong logic and principles thinking for collaboration with product and data teams.
- Results-oriented with a track record of developing successful retention programs.
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and foster relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM technology and segmentation tools.
- Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with basic HTML and data visualization platforms like Tableau and Periscope.
