Our team is looking to fill a current vacant position of Manager, Corporate Partnerships. This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week anywhere in Canada.Please apply by March 29, 2026.

###The impact you will have:

TheManager, Corporate Partnershipsplays a lead role in the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate partnerships. This role is responsible for building lasting relationships with corporate partners and generating revenue that supports MS Canada’s mission.

The Manager will work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners to develop innovative partnership opportunities that engage corporations and their employees in meaningful ways.

###Key Areas of Impact:

  • Maintain and grow existing corporate partnerships through exceptional stewardship and meaningful integration across MS Canada initiatives, including sponsorship, cause marketing, employee engagement, and corporate team participation.
  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit new corporate partnerships to build strong relationships and generate revenue in support of MS Canada’s mission.
  • Identify new corporate prospects and opportunities and apply a variety of strategies and tactics to facilitate growth within the corporate partnerships portfolio.
  • Develop and implement blended partnership opportunities that engage corporations through multiple avenues such as sponsorship, employee giving, cause marketing campaigns, and mission-driven investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate corporate partners across MS Canada programs, campaigns, and community fundraising initiatives.
  • Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert on corporate engagement, helping to strengthen understanding and collaboration across teams.

Requirements

###Our ideal candidate:

  • Has minimum 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising, or business development.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build authentic and meaningful relationships with corporate partners, leading with trust, empathy, and a commitment to MS Canada’s mission and values.
  • Has experience identifying, cultivating, and securing new corporate partners.
  • Has exceptional client relations and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has strong contract negotiation and partnership development skills, with the ability to create strategic and creative opportunities for corporations to engage with MS Canada.
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both internal and external audiences.
  • Has proven ability to take initiative and carry projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Has experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage partnerships and track revenue.

About MS Canada

The MS Society provides services to people with multiple sclerosis and their families and funds research to find the cause and cure for this disease. We have a membership of 28,000 and are the only national voluntary organization in Canada that supports both MS research and services. Since our founding in 1948, the core support of the MS Society has been from tens of thousands of dedicated individuals, companies and foundations in communities across Canada. The Society receives almost no funding from government.

The MS Society is governed by a National Board of Directors comprised of 14 volunteer members who are elected annually. There are seven regional divisions and nearly 95 chapters that engage in many community-based activities.

Some 1,500 volunteers serve on MS Society national, division and chapter boards and committees. An estimated 13,500 women and men are volunteers for service programs, fundraising events, public awareness campaigns and social action activities.

The head office of the MS Society is located in Toronto, Ontario. Division offices are located in Dartmouth, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton, and Vancouver.
