###Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or technology sales.
###Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with ad or technology sales, managing and upselling digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
- Experience in Google Marketing Platform (GMP) full stack, notably Display and Video 360 (DV360), and traditional versus online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth.

The Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Global Customer Solutions (GCS) Acquisitions team is a newly established sales program that will drive incremental business on Google’s technology platform. In this role, you will execute influencing skills to promote Google’s enterprise solutions by demonstrating the value of the GMP. You will empower clients to explore and reach new heights in an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven world by selling and developing sustainable GMP solutions that accelerate the next wave of business growth.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 162,000-166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

##Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Execute business strategies to scale Google Marketing Platform (e.g., Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360) business through increased product adoption and usage across high-value accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and agency partners, building rapport to align Google’s offerings with their core business objectives.
- Act as a technical authority on advertising technology (ad tech), translating platform capabilities into actionable marketing solutions and troubleshooting roadmaps for clients.
- Lead collaboration between internal product, sales, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams alongside external certified partners to ensure seamless project execution and platform implementation.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, managing initiatives from inception to delivery to ensure client success and satisfaction.
