Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate seasonal buying programs with the Buying teams within a holistic category view.
- Ensure effective circulation and understanding of product information across Marketing and E‑commerce teams.
- Support campaign leads in the execution of initiatives aligned with product and business priorities.
- Contribute to seasonal marketing planning and campaign brief development.
- Help structure and prioritize messaging and content based on sales performance, launches, and key moments.
- Support the preparation and facilitation of key meetings (kick‑offs, COOPs, prioritization sessions).
- Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Buying, E‑commerce, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Analyze sales and performance data to develop actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cross‑functional processes and ways of working.
What you bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, planning, coordination, or go‑to‑market roles.
- Strong structuring and synthesis skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and Excel tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Retail experience (an asset).

Our typical hiring range is between $23/h and $37/h. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
