Position Details
The Faculty of Arts and Science invites applications for a Student Program Advisor to commence work on approximately October 15th, 2025. This is a Temporary AUPE position (Student Information and Support 12) ending on approximately October 30, 2026.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, the Student Program Advisor will provide academic advising and program planning assistance to current and prospective students in all Arts and Science programs and will be expected to acquire a comprehensive understanding of academic programs and faculty curriculum policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities will include participation in the organization and delivery of a wide range of programs designed to assist students, as well as recruitment activities, administrative and liaison functions, and other duties as assigned by the Dean.
The Faculty seeks candidates who value post-secondary education and show professional commitment and sensitivity to the academic needs of students. Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity with the University of Lethbridge programs and experience working with students.
