Qualicare Homecare BC is currently hiring compassionate and dependableHealth Care Aides (HCAs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Caregiversto join our growing home care team inRichmond, BCand surrounding Lower Mainland communities
As a caregiver, you will provideone-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs)such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients maintainindependence, dignity, and quality of lifewhile remaining safely at home.

Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide in-home support to clients including:
Personal Care
- Assist withbathing and showering
- Help withdressing and grooming
- Support withtoileting and hygiene
- Assist withmobility and safe ambulation
- Providemeal preparation and feeding assistance
Daily Living Support
-Light housekeeping -Shopping and errands -Accompanying clients to appointments or outings -Medication reminders
- Providecompanionship and emotional support
Care Coordination
- Follow theclient care plan
- Communicate with theCare Coordinator and care team
- Completedocumentation and shift notes
Qualifications
-Health Care Aide Certificate, Personal Support Worker certificate,or equivalent experience -Foreign-trained nurses and nursing students welcome -Current CPR / First Aidcertification (or willingness to obtain) -Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector(or willingness to obtain)
- Ability totravel within the Greater Vancouver area -Smartphone with internet accessfor communication and scheduling
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
