Position: Portfolio Property Manager (Licensed - In-House)
Location: North Vancouver, BC (In-person)
Travel: Up to 25% (preferred)
Our client, a rapidly expanding real estate investment firm with multi-family properties across BC and Alberta, is building a professional in-house property management team. We're seeking a licensed Portfolio Property Manager to lead operations, drive tenant satisfaction, and deliver strong returns for investors.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations for multiple residential buildings
- Supervise on-site managers and caretakers
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, inspections, renovations, and turnovers using Yardi
- Handle tenant escalations and ensure compliance with RTB and tenancy laws
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality
- Track KPIs and report portfolio performance to ownership
- Ensure lender compliance and manage budgets to control costs
What You Bring
- Valid BC Property Management License (required)
- Proficiency with Yardi Breeze or Voyager (required)
- 3-5+ years in residential property management (required)
- Experience with large-scale operators or REITs (e.g., CAPREIT, QuadReal) is a strong asset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
